Ciao!
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the
University of Parma.
I obtained my PhD in economics from the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies under the supervision of Prof. Andrea Mina and Prof. Daniele Moschella.
I am an applied labor economist studying the changing nature of work. In particular, I focus on technological change, the fragmentation of production and labor market institutions, and their consequences for workers, firms and inequality.
